Burn, dodge, etc. in Windowblinds.

Since transparency is now possible, and widely used, I think a cool feature for Windowblinds would be to add effects to what is underneath. Right now the windows can go translucent, but what if it could do a burn or dodge effect, or a contrast change, or hue, or saturation.
Don't know how this would end up looking, but it could be cool.
