Windows xp style problem

hi it seem s that u can not load the windows xp style skin and when i do it takes me back to the windows classical skin plz anyone now y thtas happening and is anyone else haveing the same problem

Does this mean the files are no longer in "C:\WINDOWS\Resources" folder, or that you can no longer apply the theme?
If you need the files, you can download them here http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm on line #187 in the right-hand column look for "Restore Luna Theme" link.
This will give you the "Resources" folder and all appropriate files needed, of which you can drill down to the appropriate level and restore your files (including the "Resources" folder if that is also missing for some reason).

I can't thank you enough Corky O. The Windows XP theme was gone from that folder and I could not find it anywhere. I really appreciate your help. Thank you, thank you!
