Post a link to the "System Information" from your WB 5 configuration.

"...all of my skins aren't in the theme library."

What skins are missing?

Try clicking the rebuild skin list button in Windowblinds configuration.

When you select Add Skin for WB5 config, you then have to browse to where you have stored your downloaded skins, bye the way, if they are in a Zip file, best to unzip first, select .wba file, open, then check to see in config window, if not click Rebuild List, hope that helps. Jim

NURDREAMS, is this the shareware version of WB? If not, the latest upgrade (beta) has a fix build in it. The developer is aware of this problem, I am not sure about the shareware version and the upgrade.

WindowBlinds 5.0 System Information Report:

STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY+

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC.

Your machine does not support per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

This is because :

Your computer graphics hardware does not support acceleration of per pixel alpha. WindowBlinds requires this for per pixel alphablended borders as without it performance would be poor. Please see if you can obtain new drivers for your graphics hardware. Recent ATI & NVIDIA boards should support this feature. Onboard graphics tend not to.

You have one monitor in total.

(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X (Microsoft Corporation)

There is a recommendation at the end that should help

Also I see that you have the same problem I have-- your graphics card does not support per-pixel alpha blending. Therefore, when you get WB5 all set up, you will not get the clear borders on the Vista-like skins. There are plenty of other good features in WB5-- we just can't get this particular effect...

I don't know anything about your graphics card-- if it's new enough, updating the drivers might be enough to allow per-pixel alpha blending. I'm sure someone who knows will jump in on this possibility.
