is it possible to register windowblinds for a computer with no net

i bought windowblinds for a computer that has no net connection. is it possible to register it? any help would be greatly appreciated

You will need to contact [email protected] and see if they can send you the appropriate files to copy to the WindowBlinds sub-directory.
Provide them with the e-mail address that you used to purchase the product, and the serial number for the product so they can reference that in their database.
