A skin without anything on the screen in picture and fax viewver

First off all you guys making the skins, ect... for us all are the best. I am looking for a skin or a way for microsoft picture and fax viewer to be only the pictue you are viewing on the screen. I have all the functions I use on my mouse and do not need anything. Not the title bar not the controls on the bottom, not even the slider bars. Just the pic. Basically the slide show view with picture and fax functionalty. I.E. zoom, actual size, ect... I would also like it if it had a black instead of a white background. Also isthere a way to make the background in picture and fax viewer black no matter what skin I am using? If one of you design geniuses could make one like this that would be awsome.
