Why does WindowsBlinds 4.5 Enhanced didn't SKIN my Toolbar Icon and the DOWNLOAD animation?
Have no luck trying.. Even with other .wba themes...

Are you sure it is the enhanced version? If yes, did you have the shareware version installed prior? Did you uninstall the shareware version before installing the enhanced version?

If it's the shareware version, it doesn't skin those...i believe.
