Login Problem

Sunday, January 1, 2006 by beeano | Discussion: OS Customization

Hi, im new to this so i may come across as stupid but...i recently used StyleXP to install a logon screen, and now, whenever i start my pc it gives me the option to load Windows XP Pro, or Windows XP Pro (BootScreen), as if i had 2 operating systems installed, i am not sure if it is due to the installation of the logon screen, and i have kept the default boot screen, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

That's because StyleXP is a piece of crap that replaces the Windows kernel with its own.
Use Stardock BootSkin http://www.bootskin.com/ to apply BootScreens safely.

Windows XP Pro (BootScreen) would be the right one to get you running again to remove the little pest.

You'll never know, until it's too late.
