Customizing Icons

See how the icons are in the top? Well, I want to do the same thing, but I don't know how. How exactly can I do that? I'm using WindowBlinds.

That is ObjectDock, which you can get free via this page https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/
You will have a certain amount of free content download (limited), unless of course you have the paid version of WindowBlinds, in which case you can cross-reference your Stardock account with WinCustomize account to allow you a larger amount of downloads to obtain content such as ObjectDock backgrounds, icons, docklets, and themes.
