Problem using wb5 with Panda

I'm a new user, so here goes.
I am using wb5, and every time I shut down then restart my computer with wb5 active, my taskbar around Start button icons and quick launch go black and blue!" But if I open up wb5 and switch my theme to classic style first, then I can choose any theme I want and then it loads just fine! Please Help

This user uses Panda Titanium. Wife uses WB5 w/ Panda with no problem https://www.wincustomize.com/Forums.aspx?ForumID=187&AID=96454

I don't know if this has anything to do with this problem, but on my wife's computer with wb5 and Panda 2005. Everything works great. Maybe it's the 2005 versus 2006???
