Ok, So, I've searched all the tutorials to no avail, at least to my knowledge. Could someone please point me in the right direction on how to add shine to an image?

I'd appreciate any help Thanks

What kind of shine? Most of these tricks are done with beveling in PSP.

Thanks, I have been doing that. I was more thinking how to get the shine on a png or icon.

Patriots, go to mormegils icon tutorials. He has a collection of videos as well, that will show you many different techniques for adding effects, one of them being adding shine, or gloss.
