How do I make a regular skin

Hi, I want to start making skins and I want to do two things, include uxtheme patch in an installer and make the skin have an installer, I want to do this using a non WB5 dependant skin, just like the windows skins, how do I do this? and how do I make an installer ?

Porting a WindowBlind skin to msstyle is pointless, really. You're losing functionality, and quality, and performance by doing that. This isnt really the right place to be asking that anyways...

but how do I do it, I am making the skin for people that wont use wb5 they will only use the uxtheme patch
