Buttons won't skin. (Pics to make my problem easier to understand)

I just installed the Tronnix skin and I love it. I was using Multipass Carbon (even had winamp skinned the same) but I needed a change.
But for some reason, my buttons aren't skinng like they should..

How do I get the "Back" and "Forward" and all those buttons to skin??
Also, I have lost shadows under the windows, how do I get those back?

Nah, I already tried changing it to large icons and no change. I've restarted many times too.... :/

That looks like an old WB build. Please update to the latest one you can update to.

You may need to restart Explorer or reboot for the toolbar icons in Explorer to change. If you want the large black circles with the blue glyphs, you also need to switch explorer to use large toolbar icons. Currently you have it set to use the small ones. Right-click next to the icons anywhere on the toolbar and select Customize.
