No "View/Add Comments" in WinCusutomze Browser

When I click on either the "View/Add Comments" button in the Skins and Themes section or the same item in the context menu for a skin, I get the proverbial "404 Error - Page not found". This has only happened recently as it used to work fine a week or so ago. Any ideas on what to do to try and resolved this and get this feature back?

WinCustomize Browser version: 2.00.021

This is a known glitch ... !!!
