WB4 maximize above taskbar in WB5

Now that I am running WB5, any old themes that were designed for WB4 don't maximize properly. I use a top taskbar and when I maximize the windows, the entire titlebar disappears underneath the taskbar (and if I hide the taskbar, the titlebar disappears "above" the edge of my screen!)
Trust me, I know what I'm doing with my computer and I don't have spyware or any weird antivirus programs running. My taskbar is set to be on top. I never had problems with this until I started using WB5.
This is incredibly annoying! I can't use ANY WB4 themes at all with WB5 if I want to maximize windows. Has anyone else experienced this problem and does anyone have a fix? This is making my computer a hassle to use while skinned with WB.
