help on why my submitions dont meet guides

hello i have a problem i dont understand why i got told this:

for like 3 wallpapers whats wrong exactly?
i also had two bootskins turned down but jafo told me what was wrong it would be helpful if at all possible to get an exact reason so i can rectify.
