So what has gone wrong, where has it gone wrong - my end of things or yours (I did try it twice) - and how do I go about fixing it ?
Thanks in advance.

I've found things tend to work better if I uninstall the previous version first. Since I archive on a regular basis I rarely have any problems doing so.
While Stardock techs monitor the boards on a regular basis, this is mostly a user to user help forum. If you want to be sure that Stardock gets your info you might be better off emailing [email protected]
Wish I could help more but there's not much to go on.
