Theme Manager maxes out CPU

Ok, I'm a new user and just getting a good feel for Object Desktop. So, I'm using Theme Manager (Current Version 2.24.040) and my system hits 100% cpu load rarely dropping more than 4-5%.
I can kill the task and retain the use of my applied theme however this shouldn't be this way. Anyone have any thoughts?
