How does Windowblinds user of 2 weeks buy Object desktop at $34?

I had the impression if you purchased windowblinds, and later decided to buy desktopx/object desktop (which is normally $49), that for licensed users, a discounted price was available.
Is that accurate? If so, how does it work?
