On each gallery, there is a gallery description which includes a link to get the software needed for the skin/themes/etc for that gallery.

er...uh...which Aero skin for which themeware? Windowblinds? DesktopX? Sysmetrix? LogonStudio? IconPackager? ObjectDesktop object? Need....more....details (said in best Cpt. Kirk voice)

DesktopX is the program needed for DesktopX themes (it that's the Aero you are referring to).
Do you have DesktopX installed?
If not, click the Software tab above.
