Problem uplaoding bootskin

When i try to uplaod a bootskin i put in all the required info and select the bootskin, and image and when i hit submit it comes up with 2 red ** at the top where it would say whats wrong, but it says nothing, nothing i have tried works

funny, i can't upload a couple of my bootskins too. kept on receiving the following:
An Error Occurred
There was a problem opening this page. Please refresh the page and try again.
Whatever you were trying to do, it didn't work out the way you expected.
You could always return to the Home Page.
i tried uploading as .zip, but still same problem

Your uploads will most likely fail due to the - and * in your nick. The server can only create filenames for uploads using standard alpha-numeric characters. You'll need to change your nick
Also make sure the bootskin is in .bootskin format and the preview is a .jpg.
