Need a utility to organize my music files

Is there a utility out there that can extract the info from mp3 and wma files and move them into desired folders?

Only problem is that I've for the last week had WMP crashing on me. Claiming that DivX has caused an error. It does that even when I've replaced any trace of DivX. ...

Try nerxy file organizer at http://www.nerxy.com it enables you to organizer your music and photos by content like song artist or album and your photos by data picture taken and camera type or model . It can also remove any duplicates items while scanning and you can set an automatic organizing rules .

Wow, old thread! Almost another year has gone by, and I just wanted to contribute to this conversation.
I found this program called FixTunes that not only organized the files, but also automatically changes the ip3 tags searching the internet and renames your files to friendly format. Check it out in this link.
