Can't downloud ANYTHING!!!HELP PLZ

I can't download anything. Now with that said I do know what i'm doing ive had this software for a while. Everything loads up but when i click on the link to download anything that link goes to my download screen, acks like its going to download, then saids download failed. With everything i click on.

Have you reached your download limit ? As a visitor you cant download unlimited amounts..they have a download cap.
