Oblivion Blind and Bootskin Request

Hi I know there is a lot of people who like The Elder Scrolls Series and I was wondering if anyone could make a Bootskin and/or a Windows Blind for the upcoming game TES: Oblivion. I'd appreciate it, Thx!
