bootskin and theme trouble!!!!!!

GUYS I hAVE A BIG PROBLEM! NOT THAT BIG , BUT BIG, I AM 15 years old and i am a gamer, i wanted a dark theme, hence i downloaded neOS... for WindowBlinds
I DUNNO WHERE TO IND THE TWO HIGHLIGTED WINDOWS (in the images attached), where i can channge the settings of the theme, i cant find it anywhere in windowblinds, i use a trial version BTW.
GO AHEAD LAUGH AT ME ...

When I apply a bootskin - My comp wants to boot up in safe mode or earlier restore point - Why is this???

Citizen vika09 ...those two windows are extracts from 'Skinstudio', the program used to create the skin...and shown in that screenshot to display various button/states.
You won't get a window like that to enable you to modify the skin...not unless you get Skinstudio itself....
