fade effect help

Whats up guys. Im new to the windows blinds thing and downloaded a few skins that have the transparency effect to them. But when i apply them they are not transparent and i cant figure out how to make them be. Does anyone have any info on how to do this?

The transparency will only work with WindowBlinds 5. If you just purchased the stand alone version of WB then it's version 4 and 5 is not yet available (it is still a Beta version not fully released to the public). If you purchased an Object Desktop Subscription, then WB5 Beta is available to OD subscribers via a download of the beta program in Stardock Central.
