Stardock Central . . . help

Monday, October 24, 2005 by Riahon | Discussion: Stardock Support General

I'm having problems with Stardock Central locking up. When I tried to apply a WB skin, the skin wasn't applied. If I used DL'd the skin from the WinCustomize website, it will apply. I've un-installed SDC and re-downloaded version 2.10.344, build: 95. When I tried to apply the WB skin "UniQue BLue" using this version it thinks it is still downloading, when it has actually completed DLing. Is this the latest version? Anyone have any ideas?

I'm now running version 2.10a.346, build:95.

I DL'd Rusty Rooster WB5 this afternoon.

Rusty Rooster WB5 has completed DLing, but it still displays it as Downloading.

haven't used SDC to download skin in a long while...takes a while for the libraries to load on dialup - quicker for me to let FF download and open with.

waiting on libraries to load.......waiting......waiting......

just dl'd and applied Rusty Rooster (the 1st) - no problems...haven't tried any of the skins made for 5 yet, not even those that say will work with 4

Checked in with SDC libraries and forums a few days ago. 90 days of updating to do. If Wincustomize ever goes away I'm in for some long hours if they don't change the system. love dial-up
