WB 5 taskbar transparency

After installing the latest beta my taskbar transparency is still off. That means I have to refresh the unlocked taskbar to get the proper image. Everytime I change wallpaper or reboot the transparency is off again. I also see ghost images when the taskbar is foggy.
Using WB 4.90g[b].003 on a PM 760 with Ati X700 PCIExpress 1680x1050 (Laptop 17" LCD) XP MCE SP2

Same for me. Read the #30comment of the article WindowBlinds 5 BETA 3 available, I've already mentioned it there.
