Screen capture programs help

I need a screen capture program that will take a pic of my desktop, docks and widgets. any ideas?.

print scrn key = paste into program (depending on how you set up printer...for me at least...shift+print scrn, then 'edit''paste' in graphic program
there is also a capture docklet for objectdock called 'capture'
