RE: WinBlind Program Install File

Need some help here

Right now I am using the stardock central, and get all the program/feature installed through the stardock central, however when I get back to my office...I am not connectted to the internet, and not able to do any installation through stardock central.

My question is .. is there any ways I can copy the "program install file" and install to a machine which is not connected to the internet?

Thanks

Yes. Use the Archive function in Stardock Central to create archive files of your programs. Then, move this files to your other computer, and install from them using SDC. I'm not sure of the exact process, but you should probably be able to either figure it out or get further help here on the forums.

Archive tutorial http://corkyo.wincustomize.com/Articles.aspx?SID=5463&AID=83629

Burn archive ".zip" file to disc > Install SDC on work computer > place archive ".zip" file in the "C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\BACKUP" folder > start SDC > File|Restore Archive > Select Archive > Restore button.

With any luck, that should do it.

Note - if you are attempting this with WB5 Beta, you may need to contact Stardock tech support for the activation file.
