changind icon in explorer sidepanel ??

Every time, I change a pack in IP, some icons are modified in Explorer (the links to the others file directories) but
the contextual icons corresponding to the tasks (create new directory, publish, copy, move, etc) still get the same old Windows Icons.
Is there a way to change theses icons using Stardock programs ??
