Windows desktop stays when applying new themes

| Right-click on your DesktopX icon in the system tray, and Switch to the DesktopX-Builder. Then right-click again and choose "Configure DesktopX...", in the Menu that will pop up choose the 'Desktop'-tab, and tick "Hide desktop" and "Hide Windows Taskbar" and hit "OK". |
Actually, you only need to hit the "Hide Desktop Icons" checkbox, unless of course you want to turn off the taskbar too.
