Please help me for the theme installation...

anyone there can help me for the windows xp theme installation?
i already download the theme file from here....then unzip it...and get a file called 'Dark pro.desktop;....
but i dont what to do with it then...do i need any programme to open it??
or do i need to move the file to any specific location?

You will need the DesktopX program for the Dark Professional Desktop skin.

it will then only require a Double Click
