How to Install downloaded Screen Saver ?

Well I'm not to this site and first time in 7 years of using internet I found a site that is more than usefull.
I just downloaded screen saver and I do not know how to install it. Anyone can help me out ?

is it an .exe?
or a .scr?

.exe - double click it.
.scr goes in either C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINDOWS\system32. I have some in both for some reason.

copy the downloaded .scr file into either your Windows folder (eg.: c:\windows or c:\winnt)
or your Windows System folder (eg.: c:\windows\system32 or c:\winnt\system32)

Then rightclick the desktop, click properties, click the 'Screen Saver' tab and pick the newly installed screensaver

Hey, Im Having A Problem To, I Dont Know How To Download It Off The Site, I Hit Download, And It Just Gives Me A Larger Picture Of The Theme, What Can I Do?!

You're probably browseing through the screenshot section (Pictures of desktops)

You're not the first having that "problem"

As for the .scr files, you should be able to rightclick the file and choose "Install" from the context menu. (At least I see that option on my XP box. And I am pretty sure I haven't installed any programs to get that...)

lol, that was easy, i put it in system32 folder, but i do see option "install" when i right click it
