text in menu blurry

hi. i'm making a uis2 skin and sometimes the skinned menu items are blurry. it looks like they're being antialiased incorrectly or something. i've included two screen caps: http://www.visualthoughts.com/aa_prob_01.jpg & http://www.visualthoughts.com/aa_prob_02.jpg

can someone please help? i can send you the skin for you to review.

Are you sure it isn't a shadow on the text?

it could be. but in the font presets, i made sure all shadows are off. and the offsets are all 0. maybe there's a setting in another section that could cause it? i'm not perfectly savvy with skinstudio yet.

maybe i could send you the file for you to look at?
