what the heck is Socket Error=10060?

it's been a while since I got here last time.but I haven't been able to download a single suite or anyother files from here.somebody tell me what happened!or is it just me?

well, what is giving you this error? A socket error is usually thrown by a client that needs to make a connection to a server. So, if you are getting this from IE do you have a firewall installed? Have you tried any other browser software? Do you get this message from SD Central?

I guess the point of this is, can you provide some more details?
