ok i downlaoded the program and by axident i set it up manually and chose microsoft word. now everytime i download a new 1 it opens wid microsoft

Sounds like you messed up the file association. What program?

as for already downloaded - find it, right click on it, properties,theh in the general tab it should give the option to change the default 'open with' to the program you need to open with.

It sounds like chapin3189 downloaded a skin of some type and, not having the correct program installed, selected Microsoft Word when asked by Windows to choose the program to use to open the file that was double clicked.
