Media File Type Icons

Here's a set of fifteen media file type icons. Their minimalist design has a purpose -- they're all easily distinguishable at the small size of 16 pixels. They come in Windows and Mac icon formats.
These are called "media" types but they include no audio-only types -- just "video" or "video/audio" types.
