Unable to install theme

Hi,
I downloaded the vertige v1.5 theme and wanted to install the skin, but when I was extracting the zip file, there where only 2 ini files, a dll, some images and some dxperf3 files.
Does someone know how I can install this theme.
I found the theme in the desktopX theme section and installed desktopX, but it can't install this theme.
