object dock question.

something weird is going on when i launch apps from objectdock. if i empty the recycle bin, it won't play the audio that i have set to play when i empty the trash. if i use msn messenger, my default sounds don't work (i.e. new alerts, new messages, etc...) anyone else have this problem?

I noticed a long time ago when I installed ObjectDock that my sounds for emptying the recycle bin stopped working.I just assumed it was because ObjectDock didn't support sounds. But it hasn't effected my other sounds outside ObjectDock. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I can't offer much advice on this, but I just double checked and mine are still working.

yeah, it's really strange. if i open up the recycle bin and empty it from windows explorer, the sound effect works but if i do it from the objectdock, it doesn't. huh? i guess objectdock doesn't support sounds?

You're right, I always use the desktop one, I have no audio from the dock recycle bin.
