Dev1280.dxtheme
doesn't work

When I use Dev1280.dxtheme (Deviant Art theme) I get the following message to pop up
"Some objects you are loading are using a plugin marked as incompatible with DesktopX 2: DXamp.dll/DXlabel2.dll/DXAlarm.dll/DXperf.dll/DXBinNotify.dll
(You can edit the black list in blacklist.ini)
Loading these objects may cause DesktopX to become unstable
Allow the objects to be loaded?"
Only about half of the theme works (no task bar, media player is broken, a few buttons don't work).
Anyone know how to fix this?
And also, is there an easy way to edit the shortcuts?
ie - I click internet in the theme, it pops up a list of different programs. Can I change these programs?
