i have always wondered where people get those animated emotions. It looks cool to me and i always wanted to have one, well...get one. 
But i noticed that every user who had used these animated emotions have a wincustomize subscription. so are the animated emotions for subscribers?

Thanks SD. I downloaded and installed it to my account but it still comes out dark. 56K dial-up I guess. I,ll keep messing with it.

you didn't let me finish what i had in mind.....my new goal isn't about numbers anymore....its about the people.
my new goal is to make everybody know each other a little better..thats all.
