No tray useage?

Ok so I install a nice theme but there is no tray or task bar. I go to the internet and click on this site, I then open another site in another window, now both sites sit in the tray/taskbar so that I can click back and forth. Opps, no taskbar, how can I get back to the other site?
And lets say I have some programs open such as Zonealarm and they have active icons in the tray/taskbar. Now no taskbar so how do I see these active icons to tell what they are doing?
I would like to know how to see this info when running no task bar. Forgive me if this is obvious but I am kinda new at this and lovin' it!

Lets clarify some terminology here:
Taskbar: The area that shows all the programs you have open.
System tray: The area normally by the clock with the background programs in it.
Which do you wish to see?

Both, as I said taskbar/tray
But not in the original spot, just wondered if there was a widget or something that would show taskbar/tray in another spot, compacted maybe.

Object Dock +
Make one dock a Taskbar- as big or small as you want
Make another dock the Systray - as big or small as you want.
Normal docks can go anywhere along the outside border of the screen and tabbed docks can go anywhere period.
Below is an example bottom right of screen is the systray (clear background dock) and middle right of screen is the taskbar.

Object Dock +
Make one dock a Taskbar- as big or small as you want
Make another dock the Systray - as big or small as you want.

Does Object Dock + really do that with the systray and taskbar? I used to love NextStart for that feature. If Object Dock + can do it I will definitely purchase that.

That would be a yes.
You could set it up either with a couple of tabbed docks, similar to WorkShelf, or as seperate docks in different locations on the screen as shown by Lantec.

Here is Tabulator by Gef, which shows one of the possibilities using DesktopX Link - if you click the Taskbar/Systray link tab on the left, you get two - for lack of a better description - "compact strips" at upper right quadrant of screen, where any running programs show.
I have only tried this one briefly, but it should give you an idea.
Poking around in the DesktopX library, and using the "Details" link for the various themes may provide other possibilities.

you can always hit the windows key, it pops up your task bar.
depending on the theme and whether it fits and looks good, Object Dock can include the task bar
