I was wondering if there's a manual for DX 3.1 available for download in PDF or whatever?
I've looked everywhere I can think of but had no luck.

This isn't really a downloadable manual, but Stardock has a series of articles that might help, here https://www.stardock.com/products/desktopx/tour.asp

Ahh. I started giving links from my bookmarks, but finally found the motherload I knew I had:

That's got three guides I find useful. The user's guide, the developers guide, and the scripting guide. All are pretty up to date (there's some old stuff out there...and in your DesktopX\Docs folder too...
).
