i downloaded a sonic record now file and its came up with some type of an error the error is/says: The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'Sonic recordnow!' disk and click ok. the it gives me the option to use a source and the only one there is 1............

Sonic is the company that now owns the rights to the (former Adaptec/Roxio) UDF CD Packet-recording format. In other words they have burner software that treats the CD-R drive(s) like hard drives.
It could be you need that SW installed for it to work?
