Does Wincustomize need a make over?

it's been i think three years since Wincustomize changed its website look so should it change it's look now? Well to me ... i think they should wait till Microsoft releases Longhorn cause longhorn will be different than windows. and there will be new styles.
So should it have a new make-over? please place comments on what you think.

I agree with Boss you admin. people are always pushing it up our noses how you are doing your work here as volunteers. Than do it or leave it but don't keep at it "I should have been in bed.......or what ever. Complaining not having enough subscribers well you volunterely are doing a good job to lose the ones you have.
I have purchased nearly all there is from WC and Sardock that includes purchases of Icons and WB made by great skinners of Pixtudio and others, but a few days back I had a problem with the new upgrade of IP and after writing an article of 20 odd lines I get a reply in the thread form Jafo "How's that". I mean you people need to treat people with respect and have tact. Hell we have paid for a lot of things and I will also not allow anyone to treat me like I have been treated in the past. And weather you like it or not, it is very UNPROFESSIONAL of some of you admin. people to speak to their customers the way you do. I see you all just have excuses but I quess you don't see it and you see our comments as distructive to your personalities and that is where the problem is. You should take it all in your strides and show your professionalism and see what can be done to make things better for this site, as you are missing the point that most of us are for the survival and better service and deffinitely better attitude towards your PAYING customers on this site. This is a business like any other these days as Cindi mentioned, too much too do and not enough right hands to make the job right and easier plus the ones that are employed by choice or with pay are not doing a good job and you just have to admit that. Any person that reads this will see that most CUSTOMERS are not happy while the STAFF is just, as always, deffending them selves but it's ok if they have a go at members. If it keeps up there will be no WC and than you won't have to whinge about your volunteer work. Sick of hearing it guys it was your choice so we don't need to know and hear it again. Frankly I don't care what you do for what just DO IT. And if I ever get treated in an unprofessinal way I will take it further. Just to ask you the ADMINISTRATORS does the owner read what you people write here and how you behave towards some people? Would be nice if he, she or they had a look.

Are there problems with the site? yes. Are there attitude problems with admins, journeymen, master apprentices, apprentices and citizens? You bet. Can a huge group of egos all meld together to make this site work? Yet to be seen. Are the skins cool? The coolest. Is that why we're all here? It's a huge reason why I am here. The other reason is some of the people of whom I don't want to live my life without. When you think of it, skins and computers are temporary at best. People not so much (in my view). It is due time that we all (including myself) treat others with respect.

no. Do you have a checking account? There was a huge conversation about you subscribing through the mail, but if you can't write a check, you need to ask your folks to drive you to the bank to get a cashiers check or money order.

This is the reason I will refrain from making comments here as well as on commenting on the skins because it just turns in to another thing. The comment was not to you and I don't see why you need to bother. Just concentrate on what you want to say. No problem mate everything is A OK. Please forgive me too I have been harsh too. I quess you can see I broke my word about the last comment because you sound like a great young man. Well OzGirl, at least I'm not the only one to see it. They do treat people with disrespect and talk down to them. Just read carefully this and the Iceberg thread and see how they totally ignore a point and turn it into a pity party for them and all they do. That is my point in this whole thing...When a comment or opinion that they don't like is made, they ignore the facts or the comment and turn the thread around to make the person a whiner and a "Troll" and the very devil incarnate. But hey, it's rallied them to start doing something....so I guess it's not so bad.
