Does Wincustomize need a make over?

it's been i think three years since Wincustomize changed its website look so should it change it's look now? Well to me ... i think they should wait till Microsoft releases Longhorn cause longhorn will be different than windows. and there will be new styles.
So should it have a new make-over? please place comments on what you think.

No, Bash, the site don't need a makeover...its current format works and aesthetically don't need fixing. What it needs is genuine support and honest subscribers. I see that a couple of kind ladies have advised how you can subscribe without a credit card....sincerely hope you take the bull by the horns there. 
Also, your avatar.....hope you, like a sponge, will soak up all the good here and turn it into fine works of your own. It's a shame your parents don't support your creativity and interests in skinning, it's an admirable past-time that also has great potential in the IT world.

i forgot that i usually have problems sending mail from state to state. espcially since my parents don't know about this and that if i get a reply back by mail from Stardock, my dad will be the first one to get it.

Well, do it after you have made some of your own creations. Then when your dad see's what you created, maybe he won't be upset you spent YOUR money on something worth while. At least you're not out buying drugs and drinking. That ought to count for something. Maybe you should give them the benefit of the doubt. How do you know they won't like your participation in a site that promotes creativity? Have you ever asked them, or are you just assuming?

And if your parents thinks it's a silly hobby and a waste of time, you can point out the number of companies that untilises skinning in their marketing. ie. ATI, nVidia, Microsoft, Alienware and such. Try to explain to them how it has a much less detructable effect that some of the other options some youth take to these days and that skinning might be a way to earn money. (DesktopGadgets.com)

My 2 cents.... I have been visiting WC for a looooong time now, I am a subscriber to OD and WC and have purchased just about everything they have put up on the site. Why, because I am rich..no, because I have nothing better to do with my money...no
It's because out of all the sites that I visit, I use WC by far the most and feel as if the folks at WC put their lives into a site for all of us to use. Not to mention that Stardock makes some pretty sweet applications that I would hate to see go away. The least I can do is to do my small part to support them. I download skins, widgets and walls all the time and have contributed very little in terms of skins that I have created, (except for some pretty funky attempts at SysMetrix
). I am very happy to do my small part to see that myself and everyone else continuous to have the best skin site on the net stay around for a long time to come.
I rarely run into problems getting the site to load or pages to come up but when I do I just log off, wait awhile and normally when I try to log in again I do so without any problems. But that's just me. If you feel you are being cheated out of something here, you should ask for a refund, if you just like to complain then fixing the site and making it perfect won't solve your problems.
Speaking strictly for me, I feel like I am the one who has gotten a good deal when I think about all the applications and skins I have either purchased or downloaded for free.
Oh yeah.. I like the look as it is but if WC decides to change it then I have no doubt they will do it when it makes good technical and business sense.

Wow! Look at that weird double post. When I submitted it the first time it said there was no article, so I did it again.
I got the same response..I never saw the double post though..
Ok..so it was for Stardock products only..but, you still get unlimited d/loads when you buy any Stardock products.
