For the last week or so everytime I log on to SDC I get a dialogue box that says errors were detected and they are being repaired. All this takes place in about 2 seconds and I have no problems while online.
Since it happens every time should I uninstall and reinstall SDC or is it something that will go away with the next update?

Can you be more specific with the error message?
Have you registered the product that you own via "Tools menu > Register product"?
I currently run the latest official release (version 2.10.343, build 95), with no error messages occuring.
If you can leave more information, someone may have an idea other than uninstall/reinstall.
