NEED HELP

All SysMetrix doesnt work. I have used Theme Manager, Desktop X and Windows Blinds, but i cant open the downloaded files. Can somebody help me? I downloaded all SysMetrix from the CopperDeck2 theme but they doesent work 
. The downloaded files are just some pictures. But when this all is installed how do I open it. The big question is how do I install them. On the picture from the CopperDeck2 Suit you can see much different stuff, the most of them doesnt work or I dont know how to open it. The weather stuff is working, but I dont know whats my Zip-Code that I must type in is.
