after i intsall stardock n window blinds my desktop is not workin

Not only is your statement too general, I find it a bit cryptic. 'stardock n window blinds' makes me wonder what exactly you've installed. Obviously you've installed WindowBlinds, but Stardock is the company that makes WB, and many other programs as well,...... it's not a program.
