how do i apply themes?

i cant find anywhere on this sight how to install desktop themes...i download them as ".wba" files and i have no clu how to make them themes??? can someone please tell me how?

Anybody know what's going on with Beatnik? The version available for download says that it's version 2.0.0 beta build 14. I unzipped the skin files into the program folder with the rest of the skins that came with it, but every time I try to open one of the new skins, the program crashes. Opening one of THEIR skins isn't a problem.
